Online orders usually process 1-2 business days and ship from the initial purchase date, and are usually delivered with 3-7 business days. Packages ship from our distribution center in Santa Ana, California.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

NOTICE: Occasionally, some email systems junk mail filters will mistake our receipt and tracking emails for SPAM. Please make sure to add us to your email list so you can receive communications from us regarding your order.

Pre order or sales: If we have a pre order on specific items then we will make it very clear how long the wait will be. If we have a sale it can take up to 14 business days to receive your order.

All sales items are final sale and cannot be returned.
